I bought this DAC from Rich here on the forum. Upgraded Burson Opamps was done to this unit. I have the original box and will included about 6 different 6922 tubes you can use to roll in the unit, I might even have a couple more I can throw in. Asking 550.00 plus shipping.

Moving in a different direction for a little bit.

This is still here, I can throw in a nice 1M PC for some extra if someone is interested. Pepster made it for it and uses furtech plugs.

Rich did all the work and he made his own DAC to replace this one but this is a really nice unit. You can do SS and tube out from the unit and paired well with my system!

Chris, here is the build thread. It has some good caps in it to start (Panasonic FC, Nichicon). Near $500 in upgrades. Parts Connexion claims the Burson discrete op amps are the best.

Nice dac guys, if I wasn't so broke right now I would have grabbed this puppy pronto. Just look at the original owner, Rich doesn't do mediocre gear. I wouldn't hesitate on this gents, great dac at a silly price.

500 plus shipping. I would really like this gone as I don't have a use right now for it and I moved and really don't have a lot of spare room for extra gear right now.

It's going to be difficult to find a better DAC for this price. Someone should buy this and give it a listen. I would buy it if I didn't already have a high quality DAC.

Taken from a recent Audioholics reply regarding "Club Polk" and Polk speakers:
"I'm yet to hear a Polk speaker that merits more than a sentence and 60 seconds discussion." :\
My response is: If you need 60 seconds to respond in one sentence, you probably should't be evaluating Polk speakers.....

Guess I'll get some pics up of the work to see if anyone gets interested. Pretty much paying for just the upgrades on the DAC and getting the DAC itself for free.
