Replacement tweeters for the SDA SRS's are trickling in, according to Helen @ Polk. Mine are on the way. What a great lady, she actually worked on the line making these bad boys. I wonder if mine are some of them.

    You mean she "actually worked on the line making [my original tweeters]??? She sure doesn't commute to China to make the new ones.

    Or are you saying the current crop of replacement tweeters is no longer Communist-sourced?

    She told me that see worked on the line back during the SDA and original Monitor series days, the good ole days. The drivers and crossovers were made in Mexico back then. I believe the only the cabinets and component assembly was done in the US
