So today I got a wild hare to re-rack my 2 channel rig, (again) and came up with this configuration.

I purchased a 6 shelf VTI rack, and had a 1 shelf amp stand of the same manufacturer and model.

My thought was to put the parts together and make 2 side by side racks, and this is what came out of it.

i was constrained by the 2 top pieces that I had, 1 needing to be 7 1/2" in height, and on3 being 3 1/2".

I didn't like the old config, as spacing limitations required me to put the stuff I wanted to see on the bottom.

Here is how it came out.

Opinion from you polkies, should I leave the bbq grill on the amp on or off?

If you dont have kids or cats I would remove the grill, looks much better without it.
