Thee Remote Control

Tell me if you have the same problems i do trying to show the wife how to use the remote. I mean its not rocket science. i have showed and explained and showed and explained etc....but the main outcome is "Honey how do i get the movie on the big speakers?" i even bought a Sony all in one learning remote and set everything up with macros so she doesnt get confused...but wait, spoke too soon. Is it just they are lazy and want you to do it? I know i'm not alone on this one........
