just wondering if this is decent receiver...or if anybody has one ...it looks to have good reviews ...its on sale now for 499.000.....thanks........running tsi300 fronts..cs10 center.... ..psw10..sub...r150...surrounds...

    In that range you should be able to find something used with pre outs, if your dropping 500 I would pass.

    If you don't mind buying use or refurbish and can put out $150.00 more

    There is a refur Denon AVR-3313CI going for 650.00 at the Denon site and has pre-outs.

    im guessing pre-outs is for a amp....dont think im really going to need an amp ...the size of house i have ..just wont need it....the e300 looks good too.. thanks....

    I got a refurbished E300 this week with 1 year factory warranty for $250. It works great for me.

    It sounds like you're on a budget, but, personally, I wouldn't go any lower on the Denon food chain than the 3313. I have an OLD AVR 2807 that I've run with a set of TSI-300s that I will eventually use for 7.1 when I have the space. And that Denon has just about the "right" amount of OOOMPH for those Polks.

    Denon really cheapened the newer receivers in my opinion. Really entry level and it shows. I bought a 1913 and found this to be true to the point where I went to a marantz 6007 orig $1200 and got it for $800. Much better IMO
