Empirical Audio Off Ramp 4 w/Upgrades

I bought this Empirical Off Ramp 4 USB converter from an AudioCircle member in April 2013. It has been performing perfectly. No issues and it is in Excellent condition. The OR4 has some nice upgrades done to it:
1- Dual Turbo Clocks- $700
2- S/PDIF output Hynes Regulator- $250
3- USB Hynes Regulator- $250
The only upgrade it doesn't have is the new OTL upgrade. It has made a significant improvement with every dac I've tried it with including the Empirical Overdrive SE, Chord QuteHD, and MHDT Stockholm dac. I'm selling it because I'm going in a different direction which doesn't need a USB converter. Gents, this is a sweet unit and if you don't know what it does, hit the link. If you think your dac is good now, this will make it better. Bluefox, this is right up your alley bro. With the mods done to this, makes it a steal.

Update: Today I found out my OR4 only has the Turbo Clocks mod. I originally thought it had the 'full monty,' so I'm lowering the price to reflect this. Price drop from $1200 to $1050.
