Computer guru's...need your help...timer wanted

Are there any good apps or programs for on the computer timers? Don't want to buy a mechanical one and am hoping there is a decent one that can be used to pop up a message or make a sound or something so i don't spend as much time as i am on the internet :redface: Did some checking and there seems to be a bunch but alot of them seem to have malware or other issues...thanks!

If you have a smartphone, it should have some sort of timer. Open the clock app and it should have options for alarm, timer, stopwatch, etc.Larry
