Hi,
I'm having problem to activate subwoofer if set for automatic on /off. Doesn't senses audio and not switching on or
switching to standby after 10 min of work
All OK if power switch set to standby position and activated manually by remote control.
Any idea what can be wrong?
Thanks for any tips

Hello Slawo,
Welcome to Polk's forum. One of the more common causes is that the selector switch on Polk's subwoofers is a three position switch. Usually the middle position is the "auto" on/off selection. Sometimes it can be a little tricky to get the switch in the correct position.
If this doesn't help check with Polk's CS department at: polkcs@polkaudio.com or telephone to: 1-800-377-7655.

Slawo,
Welcome to Club Polk. Ken's suggestion is good. Also, I've found that the sub will only activate at about med-low to med volume in the automatic on mode. Good Luck._____________________________________________________________________________________________
