Polkies,
I was reading Hometheater magazine last night and stumble into this tweak:
http://www.fullswing.com/audioprism/quietlines.html
It looks interesting and supposedly work. Anybody tried this? I thought for $27.50 a pop, and if it works, it would be a cost effective investment. If anybody use it, do share your impressions. I am just curious...
EDIT: Cost was stated on HT mag as above.

I am sorry, I have no opinion on the matter. I am sure you do. So, don't mind me, I just want to talk audio and pie.

"QuietLines start working in the middle of the audio band, providing significant attenuation into the region of several hundred megahertz"
I am guessing this thing doesn't work. Considering that several hundred MHz is several hundred MHz above the audible spectrum. Even if they meant kiloHertz I would assume they could be a little more accurate. And they would know that Mega and Hertz are both capitalized.
"We are all constantly bathed in a "sea" of electrical noise"
We are? I hadn't noticed I am always being bathed in the electrical noise sea they mention.
If it is similar to a radio choke used in cars, you could probably make one. Personally I would never buy anything that MRSPs at 200 but sells for 30.Graham -
Without some kind of proof that it works, hell, even some pictures, I call BS.LSi 9/C/FX
