Marantz MM500U specs?

Not much info on the 'net that I could find. I was picking up my SR5004 from the shop (fried output section) and saw one of these sitting on the shelf. It's a 5-ch amp but I don't know the wattage. The shop guy said he'd take $149 for it. Is this a decent amp? I may have a use for it if it's decent.

    Wattage is:

    Front 75 watts @ 8 ohms
    Center 80 watts @ 8 ohms
    Rear 40 watts @ 4 ohms

    I looked into one of these a few years ago. The rear channels would be just about useless with 8 ohm speakers. I've never actually used one though.
