I check out the Audio-GD website once a month to see what they are doing, and it's been a lot of headphone amps and DACs lately; which is their bread and butter. However, they recently released an integrated amp with dedicated headphone section, and a new power amp that's designed to be more musical and less analytical than their Master series. Having owned a few pieces of their equipment, I would highly recommend their over-built equipment if you were considering budget brands of electronics.

Precision 1 Integrated amp: 90W @ 8ohm, 170W @ 4ohm for $550 including remote

SA300 MK3 amp: 250W @ 8ohm, 500W @ 4ohm for $1330

I chatted briefly with Kingwa about the SA300 MK3, and he designed it with ques from the classic Accuphase A100; high bias, no opamps or coupling caps. Even though the input stage is claimed to be pure class A, clearly the output stage is class A/B, but a high current design with a 750w transformer for each channel and doubling power between 8 and 4 ohms. Kingwa also said the different between this amp and his Master 3 power amp which has similar specs, is increased harmonics for a larger and more musical presentation. I'd be happy to judge those comments for myself if anyone wants to sponsor me...

That SA300 MK3 does look really cool.

Jake, you got me into Audio GD a few years back with that NFB-7. Still haven't found a better sounding DAC, but I'd love to pickup a Master 7 if one ever popped up used.

Am I overlooking the preouts or it definitely does not have preouts?
    - Not Tom ::::::: Any system can play Diana Krall. Only the best can play Limp Bizkit.

Does not appear to have preouts, and input one is their ACSS connector which uses current gain instead of voltage gain.
