Polk bookshelf speaker damaged or expected behaviour ?
hi,
I have Polk Tsi100 bookshelf speakers, connected to amp Norge 2060
When I connect just a single speaker to amp, it doesnt sound right. When connected as a pair it sounds fine.
Is each speaker designed to perform a specific function or can they substitute each other as Left-Right speakers?
Is this the expected behaviour or is the left speaker/amp function damaged ?
Thanks.

Are you playing stereo or mono.
Mono should sound fine, stereo needs a Left and right channel. If you only hear one you are not getting the full sound stage and it will not be pleasing to the ear.
