A vast improvement in sound especially the bass after adding the pass x2.5 preamp to the system :) I was using the Eastern Electric minimax DAC as a preamp before.

    Lookin' good there chief. Very nice.....I am somewhat curious as to those cables that look like garden hoses. They aren't something from the cheesy factory are they ?

    Btw- is that the minimax + or the standard one ? Sweet setup non the less, enjoy.

    lol ... those are the Silver High Breed Quintessence Speaker Cable

    The Minimax is the older version, not the latest

    The Mac is very impressive. Not all that popular as I did my own poll here and most said way over priced and there is better for the coin.Me I would take a 2105 or 2300 any day of the week. Not into tubes so those are my choices.Nice set-up......

    That looks more like a lab apparatus/operation theater equipment than a music system i bet it costs a fortune
    i can imagine how good it sounds
