Well many of you are aware that I sent an 11k cable package to the wrong add. Well I just wana say thanks publicly and make other members aware of this great guy and how he's a reflection of what makes our forum the best

Brian like a true champ went out of his way to post them back on his own dime without waiting for me to send funds. As soon as he received the cables he kept me in the loop. I even offered to give him a discount and he would not have it so I sent his cable 2 day priority to try make up for his delay on the ac cable I sent

Gents I would like to ask you all to post a few kind words for Brian embodying the true nature of club polk

    Brain shipped the cables today and although I had paid a premium to ship his ac cable 2 day I already refunded him for shipping and a further discount on the cable.

    Yes, it is....and we like to keep it that way. Members come and go, but those that stick around do so because of the integrity of the forum and Polk Audio as a company.

    That's also the reason why we tend to weed out the riff raff. Also the reason we have those rules in the FM. Guys....thank you for taking care of this in the Polk fashion. We all thank you .....but Ms. Frizz.....she's been a tad antsy lately. :biggrin:
