Welcome to the forum! What is your budget? Do you have the other speakers already? Do you want new or can it be used? Emotiva is a touchy subject around here, i'm sure plenty of people will chime in and give you some opinions.

    Any Better Suggestions ?

Look around for the Marantz AV7005 pre pro and MM7055 amp.

    Forget bi-amping.

Want to buy an Adcom GFA-555 for $350, that leaves you $850 for a high end used pre-amp?

Depends on the power level required, but I would vote for a used amp. I have not heard the LSiM's, but I like the neutral sound that an Adcom produces with the older LSi series. I've got an Adcom 6000 5 channel LSi setup and it works real well. I don't crank the system, but it plays plenty loud for me.
