The jist is, a fine if your aim is um....off, someone going to watch you ? Now that's job creation if I ever saw one. Maybe they'll unionize too.

Well Tony, I think my aim is pretty good however my girlfriend at times does not and I have heard about it if you know what I mean.
I have painted the baseboard heater a few time since it rusts a little do some powerful splashing, happens when drinking a lot of beer. I'll bet government in the U.S.A. will tax my urine flow someday.

Enforceable? Well at least its a HUGE job "creator"! lol

Interesting job description George. When California adopts this, and you know sooner or later they will,, along with the already adopted trans gender bathrooms, we can all look forward to having a woman watch us pee. Or....we can look forward to watching the women. :cheesygrin: Wonder if having Google glasses will be standard issue for these piss watchers.

As far as my aim goes, I'm normally a pretty good shot unless I just came in from the freezing cold.

We need to demand of our government that they do for Public Toilets what they've done for Public Transportation via the Transportation Security Administration !
Of course, the TSA's role has expanded to train terminals, football events, and rodeos , and are now armed but that won't be necessary (for now) for the new agency which MUST be created: the Urinal Security Agency.

We've got to do something to protect the children !! And this has to be a good idea, I mean, just look at the logos: You've got your red, white and blue (and yellow and brown for ... well .... you know) so it has to be good !
And it says "USA" so anyone who isn't for that is pretty darn un-American and has to hate children and America and puppies and kittens.

Ya know, I was really trying to not comment on this, but my blood boils every time I come across the story. First for the obvious reason of a senseless slaughter of a nice kid and the pain his parents and family members must feel. Second, because the usual big mouths suddenly clam up as well as some well known celebrities. Will the Justice department look into this one ? I think we all know that answer.

Have we lost the ability to just say something is wrong, when it's wrong, regardless of race or agenda's ? Apparently so.

I think I'd be OK, but my 7-year old would be in piss jail for the rest of his natural life.

I would just have an automated surcharge. Put a $10 or $20 in to get in to the restroom. If spillage is detected the money doesn't get refunded. I would also have those old school urnals that are built in to the floor and go 6ft up the wall. That way they would be good for kids or some one 7 foot tall. I hate the normal urnal that is mounted low so a 2 year old in a wheel chair can pee. Most people end up peeing on the top.
