Probably to protect them from "visiting members" (pun intended) of the U.S. congress--f-ing letches one and all (especially the religious types--"forgive me for I have sinned", lol).

I predict an upsurge of travel to Switzerland for our politicians, and make no mistake; we will "pay" for it!

I don't see any plumbing either, bathrooms ? Whats a prostitute to do all day standing in that box ? Even hookers can't escape the "sin" tax too. Plus, seeing as they claim this is for safety, notice how close to the road these boxes are ? Maybe I should sell some "Honk if your Horney" bumper stickers over there. Look for me with a little roadside stand.

Looking at the pics again, I can't help but notice the public sidewalk smack dab in front of these boxes. How many kids are going to go walking down there for a peek.....how many adults.....better yet, how many priests ?
