Ebay buyer ripped me off and so did ebay on a sale

I got it fixed though can you believe it wtf twice in one day

Here is the full story.... On july 22 and 20 I sold a wireworld starlight usb cord to two different buyers and went through ebay and printed off the labels that went to Kentucky to the shipping center. I got an email around 4:30pm today saying

""""" r****om let us know that they haven't received "Wireworld starlight USB cable $139 MSRP!! 3 meter" and has requested a refund. A case is open and you can view the case and the buyer's message in the eBay Resolution Center.

Note that a case will only affect your seller performance rating if the case is not decided in your favor.

Here's what you need to do next:

You should respond to the buyer and try to resolve the problem by Aug 20, 2013. Most buyers and sellers are able to work things out by communicating with each other directly.

If you haven't able to work things out by communicating with each other directly.

If you haven't already done so, provide shipping information, such as an item tracking number, shipping date, and shipping carrier to the buyer in the Resolution Center.

What you should know:

If you don't reply, or if the buyer isn't satisfied with the outcome by Aug 20, 2013, the buyer can escalate the case to eBay Customer Support.

In the meantime, PayPal funds from this transaction, including payment and shipping, will be unavailable for withdrawal. However, you can still use these funds to send a refund the buyer. How to refund the buyer """

Well I looked at his tracking number and it was dead with just a label printed but no ship date. After calling the post office it was all down hill, paypal had taken $88 and I had no proof or explanation where it went. Well even though I print my labels I found the check in receipt that I get for confirmation of my labels

I had 5 shipments on it and only 1 usb and the pangrea ac9se were going global and the other 2 power cords and usb cord in the claim should have went domestic

I called up the global shipping center and they said its my fault for printing off 2 labels for the same item and case closed. The recipient gets to keep the other usb cord. Well after hours of paypal scouring I found that I had only paid for 5 labels so with the dead label that never got checked in should have made it 6 labels I paid for? but as I say I paid for 5!!

I called back up and got the same story, so I bull****ted. I said that I tryed to ship some wyred 4 sound mono block using the same label and it never made it by the post office. I got put on hold and he came back and said " You are right, you only paid for 5 labels printed that day and we dont know why the second "separate" label to the golbal shipping center was created when you only paid for 5"

End of the story, the little thief in Canada gets to keep the 2 usb cords even though he swore blind he never got them but ebay confirmed he did. I get my money back and the poor buyer gets refunded by ebay from their pocket

The rep on the phone was really nice and said to me "you know in my whole 3 years of working here we have never heard this happening" ..... story of my life

So the outcome " eBay opened a case because of an issue with an item purchased from you. We reviewed the case and have decided to issue the buyer a full refund of $88.00. The refund includes the purchase price plus original shipping. The hold on this PayPal transaction has been removed.

This case is now closed. You are not required to reimburse the buyer or eBay, and this case will not be counted in your seller performance evaluation.

You can view the details of the case in the Resolution Center."

You should probably just give up the internet. You aren't qualified to use it.

This is not my fault and ebay would never give away money if it was. I should have double checked that the label was going domestic for sure. I should double check all the labels that I already plan to double check in future.

What pisses me off is the guy in Canada telling me he only got one, ebay confirmed that he got the two and they are not even going to go after him

My response is: If you need 60 seconds to respond in one sentence, you probably should't be evaluating Polk speakers.....

    Ok now, PFB....WTF ?

You first send 11 g's worth of cable in the wrong box to the wrong guy uninsured, which for me, if I'm shipping anything of that value you betcha I'm going to pay attention to details.

Then you do business on Ebay and get scammed. A place full of scumbag sellers, scammers, and a place many here warn about using. I won't even go into the other dealings/problems you've had.

Which leads me to draw certain conclusions, " Somethin' ain't right with you, Son. "
