    I thoroughly enjoyed the MD2's. The Maggies won out for the 2-channel system because they fit my music better, but the Ushers were still one of my favorite speakers I've ever owned, which is why it's so funny to me that I didn't think of Usher when I started looking at new HT speakers. I think my brain filed Usher under the "2-channel" category, so I didn't think of them in the context of HT. I forgot that they make a couple of badass center channel speakers to match the fronts.
