I went to Menards and the prices are horrid so thought I would ask. This is not for an audio setup so does not have to be anything fancy

Have you checked Lowes or Home Depot? Recommend GE, but that's a personal preference

Lowes or Home Depot are most likely the cheaper option. Sometimes they have combo packs where you get a bunch of breakers with the panel.

As far as quality is concerned a Square D QOB panel is top quality. All other panels are about the same quality.

I'm not sure where your located but an electrical supply house is a good place to check prices. I buy a lot of electrical parts for work and granger is by far not the cheaper option for me.

Lowe's........Eaton/Cutler-Hammer CH version or for less money, the BR version.

I have an Eaton/CH panel like F1 mentioned, and the breakers are reasonably priced. Whatever you choose, it might be worth your while to check out what the breakers cost for the panel you're interested in first. Some panels have VERY high breaker prices that may scare you away from that particular box.
