I am trying to replace the midrange speaker a pair of Polk S10 speakers I picked up, BUT I can't get the driver out.
I removed the screws, but the driver almost feels like it is glued in there.
Any suggestions or tips on get this speaker out of there?

Flat screw driver, kitchen butter knife, chisel etc... just be careful not to use too much force or it'll damage baffle on the sides.

    Klipsch RB81, KG3.5, B&W DM602.5, Polk.
Subwoofers: Klipsch RW10, Triad ProSub Bronze.

That is strange, at least in my experience, because I picked up a pair of S10's a few years back that had a midwoofer VC rub. The driver came out very easily. Btw....just my opinion, but you might wanna add some fiber fill inside the cabinets. I found that the bass in the S10 is rather boomy. I ended up giving my pair to a friend locally, never did add the fill. But read later on that others added fill to decrease the boominess.
