What Surround Formats on HTR do you listin to?

What Surround Formats on HTR do you listin to? (Im sure all HTR receivers have some form of... Dolby Digital, spectacale, adventure, general, etc)
I using a Yamaha 5560 and have been watching movies using the spectacle surround sound format. Sounds good, mind you so does plain dolby digital. (all those other sound formats I realize are a form of dolby digital, tweaked with highs and lows)
anyone else?
