Great sounding and functioning receiver. The last of the monster Pioneers! This has been my main garage system for a while now but I need cash more than gear right now. I am selling off a good bit of my collection due to being out of work for nearly two months. It is not mint but not bad at all cosmetically. Performs as it should. Missing the slider button from the treble control. A small ding here and there but nothing extreme. I have to get $300 for this but that will included shipping to the conus. Paypal gift preferred or ad 3%. Would consider partial trades of a nice pair of outdoor speakers.

    These digital tuner fluoroscan units (some of the first for Pioneer) are hard to find. They are the last gasp of the silver faces for Pioneer and very nice pieces. I have the analog tuner version of this that I run with a couple of old large Advents, the SX-3900. The 7000 sounds exactly like the 3900. Powerful clean sound with a nice tuner. Both the 7000 and the 3900 were TOTL for '80-81.

    A very nice receiver and, perhaps, a must have for collectors!

    Bump. Would trade towards a tube amp to power my Lancer 77's or a small tube guitar amp.

    Price drop to $275 and still open to trafes or partial trades. Looking fora tube amp to pair with my Hafler DH 101 and JBL Lancer 77's. Also would like to have a small tube guitar amp.
