Just wondering, but what should be my next upgrade?

Receiver: Denon AVR-1803
Front: Polk Audio RTi70
Center: Paradigm CC-170 V.3
Surround: Paradigm Micro V.3
Subwoofer: Paradigm PW-2200 V.2
DVD Player: Toshiba SD-2900 SC
Television: RCA ColorTrak 2000 Stereo Monitor (1987)

I am not planning on upgrading anything for awhile but just wondering what it should be. I don't really have any intentions on upgrading my Video (Television and DVD Player) because High Definition will soon be completly out and Analog will be gone. Right?

What are your recommendations? Any ideas?

Happy New Year!

    The TV is rather obvious.

Either change the fronts to match the center & surrounds, or get the CSi40 to match your mains.

Your receiver should be fine since you're running a sub, and a nice one at that.

Does the DVD player do SACD or DVD-A? Look into that if it doesn't, because those formats will blow your doors off.

    Two Channel Setup:

    Speakers: Wharfedale Opus 2-3
    Integrated Amp: Krell S-300i
    DAC: Arcam irDac
    Source: iMac
    Remote Control: iPad Mini

    3.2 Home Theater Setup:

    Fronts: Klipsch RP-160M
    Center: Klipsch RP-160M
    Subwoofer: SVS PB12NSD (X 2)
    AVR: Yamaha Aventage RX-A2030
    Blu Ray: Sony BDP-S790
    TV Source: DirecTV Genie

I would go with a new 3803 from 6th ave. before the deal is completely gone, at that price I wouldn't think you'll find it that cheep again.

    Airplay,

I find the Paradigm speakers to be a little smoother to my ears than the Polk Speakers. Plus I can get Paradigm cheaper here in Canada then the Polk's.

Forget the TV, it isn't going until it is broken.

I was thinking of upgrading my Paradigm CC-170 V.3 to a CC-270 V.3. I was then also thinking of upgrading my Micro V.3 to Paradigm Titans V.3 or Paradigm Focus V.3.

    ATCVenom,

How do you like the Titans? Is it worth the extra money to get the Focus's? What are you using for center? How do you like the sound of the paradigms over the polks?

I would move the Polk RTi70's into another listening area, and go all Paradigm for your HT. Upgrade your AVR, and stick with your current selections for surround and center.

I don't like to mismatch anything in my system, but that's just a pet peeve.

I would then think about a hardcore DVD(Univ), perhaps the Denon 2900/5900.....then it should be about TV time.

I don't know, its just an idea.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.
