    You know, there is a VERY good chance this thread will EXPLODE into a knitting war, over which method is best, and who makes the best yarn.
    Not to mention the best knitting needles, the titanium being better than the wood ones, ect.
    As a result of this possible "knitting nightmare", I will simply reserve my opinion, and my vote.

    or is it purl1 knit 2.....

    You guys that know of the "Knit 1, Purl 2" phrase, I suppose you've also heard the phrase "Knittin' for Britain" ?
