How To Hook up Monitor 55T Speakers to a 7.1 Amp

hello i just bought these speakers and i have a 7.1 amp and want to use all 7 speakers and would like to know wich set of posts do i use on the speakers and thank you

    You're not being very clear on what you want to know. Do you have other speakers or just the pair of Monitor 55T's? You do not have a 7.1 amp, you have an AVR that is capable of 7.1. It doesn't matter if you connect the speaker cables to the top or bottom set of posts as long as the jumpers are in place.

    (Jumpers would be the brass strip that goes from the top posts down to the bottom posts)

    I think he is asking on the back of the speakers.
    If there are jumpers connected, it doesn't matter. Just think them as one pair of terminals, not two.
    Just use positive from amp to positive and negative to negative for one channel (FL or FR etc.)
    If jumpers are missing, you have to connect those two terminals somehow.

    Just hook black to black and red to red. If your speakers are new they will work. Don't remove anything from the terminals. Even easier if you use banana plugs, just plug them into any black/red on the back of the speaker without untightening them.
