Patience is a difficult virtue to put into action when it comes to the subject of Tool‘s next album. Tool followers haven’t been gifted with new material since the band unleashed ’10,000 Days’ in 2006.

Seven years?? It's been a very hard and long wait, and the wait continues.. At this point I would be happy with a high quality BluRay concert to shake the walls with..

If it is personal, what it to you?
I have absolutely nothing against Larry, and consider him an asset to this forum.
Never had a single cross word against him.

But if you want to raise a stink over a comment that can go either way, yet went the wrong way, thats up to you Deron.

Good luck with that, as I am sure Larry can back me up, never a cross word.

What the hell are you talking about? I was confused about the post and when he mentioned a eulogy i thought maybe someone had passed or something. I was just trying to.gracefully bow out of the thread. There was no ill will intended...and quite frankly im still a little confused, but thats nothing new for me.

To be honest, I could care less what you think Deron!
I would suggest you re-read the Original Post, or do not worry yourself about it.

    Seriously?

PS: Larry, rekon you can chime in here about our "supposed" quarrels?

I thought he meant 7 years on Club Polk, not my first mistake I rekon, but can assure you Deron, I could CARE LESS what you think of me!

I re read the original post and it is still very ambigious, which is why i was curious as to its meaning. Still not sure what your issue is with me. Its ok because i obviously said said something to offend, and for that, i apologize. For what, i still am not sure

    None of your business.
We never had an issue until you decided to involve yourself.

    I misread plain and simple.
Not my first time, and me and Larry have never had an issue, ever.

Yet you brought it on yourself to not only point it out, but to "flame" it.

I am certainly not proud of my post, and misread the thread.

Yet your goal in life seemed to exploit that fact.

Dont know if you guys have a prior history, but for what its worth, derons post, at least for me, sounded benign, and reflected my thoughts, wonder what thats about, must be something personal to them and maybe some others, and not to the general viewer.

Again, maybe theres something more going on, dont know.

Im a casual tool fan BTW, hard to sound original within a certain music genre, and they sure did.

Holy smokes dude. This has nothing to do with you or your post. I didnt even read it. I wasnt sure what he was talking about and was curious. You are assuming my "sounds personal, nevermind" comment had something to do with whatever you said and it didnt. I thought maybe someone had died or something. Anyway, im done defending myself. Have a good evening

My hunch would be "Find Out" before you post!
At this point, I am not entirely sure what is going on either!
All I know, is I was attacked for my posts, when I thought 1 thing was going on, then realised another may have been going on.
Guess we will never know until the Adaptly known "Tool" chimes in.

I have no idea to be honest, I thought he was celebrating 7 years on Club Polk!

Guys relax, I didn't take any post the wrong way, I knew some wouldn't get it, as there is only a hand full of TOOL fans on this forum, the seven years is nothing more then it has been seven years since their last album. It was meant to be a little mysterious, yet a little rant, as I would love to have some new TOOL material..

Now quit being TOOL's and get along... LOL!!
