    Won the auction for .99 cents w free shipping. They just contacted me today to say they were damaged in shipping and refunded my money? Sounds fishy to me?

    How did they know they were damaged (in shipping) when they haven't sent them yet?

    turn them into Ebay that is a crock.... Larry is 100% correct.

    Sometimes it can happen that they were damaged at the first drop point and they would contact the shipper but normally you still get the package with a note stating that shipper(UPS ect.) has contacted the shipper(the Seller) and has already filed a shipping problem so they seller can start a claim.

    ask for tracking number that will have it all listed if in fact they are telling the truth.

    Since they refunded my .99 PayPal will not let me file a claim. I call Ebay and they said all I can do is leave negative feedback. Really frustrating. Thanks. D
