    +1, I bought my Pioneer from them, first one came DOA, we did some troubleshooting and after that didn't work they sent me a shipping label, verified that it didn't work, and sent me another unit the same day they got mine and verified the issue. I would go with them again, great CS.

    I had a bad experience with them where they had a close out item, I paid for it with paypal which I had used for years. They emailed me back saying that my paypal billing and shipping address did not match (I ship things to work almost weekly), and by the time I got back to them with a credit card, the unit I had already purchased has been sold out from under me. I filed a complaint, but it didn't go anywhere as they said that is their paypal policy.
