Well, I did and it happened to be a Yamaha M-65! I had one down in NC but had to sell it due to small living space(military).

Since then I had been longing for another M series amp from Yamaha. I never see them locally so I usually keep a keen eye on eBay. Anyways, last week there was a M-65 on eBay for local pick up only and the open bid was $140. So I threw a bid on there for ****s and giggles, assuming it would be close to twice that when the auction was done.

About 5 minutes ago, my iPhone alerts me its ending in 3 minutes. 3 minutes later no more bids!

I am pumped, just hoping the seller was not BSing the add.

Figured I would share. Now I have to decide if i should get rid of my Adcom GFA-5500 or not.

Nice, a used a M60 for few years I really liked the the sound Very clear!
Use caution with the plastic speaker terminals, as you might know they are soldered directly to the output board and easily knocked loose. Happened to mine, easily soldered back but could of easily been more damage. Legendaryamps.com has nice info/upgrades for that amp. They are highly regarded there lots of praise. But anyways enjoy!
Oh, Listen here mister. We got no way of understandin' this world. But we got as much sense of this bird flyin in the sky. Now there is a lot that bird don't know, but it don't change the fact that the world is happening to him all the same. What I am tryin to say is, is that the course of your life, well its changing, and you don't even see it- Forest Bondurant

That is how i bid on everything. Stealth bidding services are nice and there is no need to run the bid up waiting for the auction to end.
