Looking for some feedback / opinions for the SL 1000 tweeter. Is it a good sounding tweeter in general or is it better in some models than others?

IMO, it's horrible. The RD0194-1 is the replacement and a far better tweeter, but IIRC you would have to modify the cutout slightly.

Actually it would be a RTA 12C so it would be a fairly easy replacement....
