To make a very long story short. After hearing/reading some comments made by Michael Fremer, a buddy of mine, who's known about my audio disease for years, expressed interest in getting back into true music listening, and also mentioned his boys' increasing interest in music. I couldn't resist the opportunity to put together a budget rig for him, as I knew he didn't have the spare cash or time to build a system. I threw together an old Sony receiver, Kenwood turntable, and a set of Advent Legacy II speakers. All stuff I had clogging up my own living space, but couldn't bring myself to just get rid of. Well tonight he took it all home and set it up, and sent me this picture. Apparently he, his boys, and even his wife are loving it! Kinda sent chills up my spine to see two young kids soaking up some vinyl.

    That was VERY nice of you. Isnt that a great feeling. I did the same thing for my oldest daughter & her husband. My son. My nephew. And my youngest daughter. Im sure you made their day. KARMA will happen
