Custom AB800 inwall suggestions?

I have finally begun the framing process for the HT/Two channel room in the house. The measurements are 18ftx16ft with a 6ft deep workshop/storage & equipment room behind the long wall. I have been searching high and low for any AB700/800 speaker set I can get my hands on, but they are unobtaium, so I have decided that I will build my own arrays using Sonicap/mills and new drivers from Polk. I am thinking of two AB800's set side by side in SDA 1c-type configuration on either side and a pair on each side for rears. also looking at using a pair up front for center channel duty. I have also given thought to trying to use a passive 12" driver on the side channels.
Powering this arrangement will be two seven channel amps of sufficient power to male them work as they should. I am looking for input as to the feasibility of such a setup and suggestions on how to execute it in the best way possible. The AB700/800 were chosen for use because they will be a near perfect voice match for the 1.2TL's.
If anyone has any specs for needed air volume for these speakers, I would be grateful.
