Good luck Dan hope you win brother

Yup, it would be a come from behind victory, I am at 33 and last I looked the top guy had like 242. That said if everyone here keeps voting for me daily I am quite sure I can catch up.

Just made the first page! There are about 6 people with between 40-50 votes. Once I get past them I can start charging up the leader board.

Please keep voting, and thanks for any votes that you've given me already

So good/bad news about the contest. It appears that CNet editor Tom Katzmier (think I spelled that right) will be choosing the winner from the top ten listings. So as long as I get into the top ten I have a 1 in 10 shot at winning the whole thing.

So lets make sure I am in that top ten.

I would like to thank anyone that has voted already and ask you continue to vote for me when you can. Cody, thanks for your vote, even if it was from an iPad .

The 24 hrs thing sucks. When we were voting for tsmith it was by the day, not by the hours...

Its even worse than that, if you have multiple people in a household, or anywhere using the name wireless network, it wont let you vote until your all on 3G. It registers the network address. So I have to vote from my wifes account at home on the PC and at work on a different network or 3G. Makes it hard to ulitize both my parents, my sister and brother in law and a bunch of family members with individual accounts sharing the name network as they are in the same household.

P.S. as of this morning I am still in 10th place, down one vote from 9th, and 16 votes from taking 8th. I am also only ahead of 11th place by 2 votes currently as well.

So please keep voting. I plan to try to get all my relatives at the 4th of July reunion to vote for me daily as well (but will have to all be on 3G). I am hoping that can help turn the tide to get me into at least the top 5.

Submissions cant be added after July 3rd and votes stop July 10th, so please keep it up fellas. I have climbed from like 25th to 10th. I would like to just keep on chugging up the ladder.

    Thanks again!

Currently sitting at number 9 with a small bit of breathing room between me and number 10/11. Bit of a gap between myself and number 8 but nothing that makes me think I cant over take them as well. Keep the votes coming and thanks again!
