Bi wire help

Just got my MIT TERMINATOR 2 bi wire cables from George, I've never bi wired before is it each set of ends to each full terminal or am I going one on top of the other, the complete opposite of normal 2 wire..
My speaker posts are side by side with jumpers connected..

Does itvmattervif the blue side is on top going to tweeters or does it need to go low?

    Remove the jumpers. One set of leads are marked high output, they go to the top posts. Red is +, blue is -. The other set of leads are marked low output, they go to the bottom posts. Red is +, blue is -.
