This is a really beautiful pair of all original Klipsch Heresy's. The cabinets are near perfect and the sound is, well, SWEET! I am looking for a pair of Cornwalls for my tube amp, so these need to go! They can be auditioned at my house, 30 miles east of Indy. I doubt I'll be shipping these baby's, so it'll probably be local pickup.

Not a problem, I have them hooked up to my Tube amp and my Thorens TD320 right now. They sound pretty sweet!

I used to have a pair of the Heresy II's and they are a really fun speaker, everyone should own a pair of vintage Klipsch at one time or another. GLWTS

It is not Heresy...I will not repent!

    Sorry...random semi related free bump.
If you were closer, my uncle would buy em in a heartbeat. He is literally a classic Klipsch fanatic.

I've always wanted to hear them to see what the fuss is about but they are always way over my budget.
Lot of threads on them over in AK.
I missed two pairs that were within my budget but gone within minutes.

    Klipsch RB81, KG3.5, B&W DM602.5, Polk.
Subwoofers: Klipsch RW10, Triad ProSub Bronze.

The two are from completely different worlds. The Heresy's are best suited with lower wattage, great with tubes. But the SDA's love when you get a little more juice to them. The sound of the SDA's is much more dynamic, the Klipsch are more realistic.

I have no.doubt they are different. But that could not necessarily be a bad thing. Never know until you listen. I have heard though that they sound better with tubes. That could be another rabbit hole. I do own a tube buffer and it has helped soften the sound of some adcom gear

I have a set of heresy II and a set of tangent 400. they are the same speaker tangents are a little taller and have bass ports. I run them on my onkyo 805 and like the sound. I upgraded them with bob crites parts well worth the upgrade price.
the klipsch will play out nice with lower watts but can handle more.

Well thats a bonus! Just trying to figure out the details about when I can make it. Also, I can't buy them unless I have a buyer for my SDAs. Might require two trips and an earful from the wife.

That makes them not the same speakers...

Good luck with the sale on nice speakers!
