crossover setting for polk r40

Hey all. My setup consists of a Sony receiver (str dh520), Polk r40s and the psw110. Using the LFE input so I'm using the crossover on the Sony. What would be a good crossover setting? I've read some methods online, mostly to set it to 80hz. Would this be good for my setup? I'll experiment a little but any input would be great. Thanks:-)
My Setup: Denon AVR X3600h, Polk Signature S50 Fronts w/ S30 Center and S15 Rears, LG UBK90 4K Player, TCL 6-Series 65”4k TV
