Poor Kordell. His future was so promising, speed, arm stength, a good head on his shoulders.

Now he is a shell of his former self. I do not know what happened, but it officially looks like his career is over.

As for the Broncs....I had no clue JJ, or DK was going to start, but IMHO I think it was a smart move by Shanahan.

I was going nuts at the end of the Cards-Vikes game. I don't like the Packers but I really hate the Vikings, so I was loving it. How devastated are those guys? Oh well, saved them a first round playoff exit.

I know it was just the Bears, but it was nice seeing the Chiefs' defense show up.

....Eating a nice big plate full of CROW!!! Damn Broncos benched a handful of starters and the second team couldn't get their $hit together. OUCH!!

Well at least we're in the playoffs.

Would someone please pass the ketchup?

Un-freaking-believable! I can't believe how yesterday played out. First I watch the Seattle/San Fran game Sat. knowing a 'Hawks loss would clinch a playoff spot for the Packers. Didn't happen. OK, next scenario, Dallas has to beat the Saints and the Packers have to win and they will still get a Wild Card spot. Didn't happen. Crap! Now I'm getting nervous. I felt pretty confident about getting a win vs. the Broncos, especially after I found out they were resting a bunch of their starters. But, even if they won the only way they get in the playoffs would be as Division Champs. That would require the Vikings to lose to the Cardinals. Double Crap! Needless to say, I wasn't too optimistic.

CBS did a good job of keeping us updated on the score in Arizona as the Packer/Denver game progressed. First update, Cards 6, Vikes 0. OK that's cool, but it's early in the game. I think the Packer score was 17-3 when the next update came on. Vikes 7, Cards 6. Crap I thought to myself. Here we go. Next update, Vikes 14, Cards 6. Next update Vikes 17, Cards 6 with around 6 minutes left to play. By then the Packers had their game in hand. They had scored 2 TD's in an 8 second span. A 98 yd. run by Ahman Green and a fumble recovery for a TD on the ensuing kick-off.

So I was feeling really disappointed that the Packers were finally starting to play well and riding some sort of emotional wave as a result of the team pulling together in the wake of the sudden, unexpected death of Brett Favre's father but were going to be shut out of the playoffs.

Then, with about 4 minutes left in the Packers game they showed that Arizona had closed the gap to 17-12 with a 4th down TD with under 2 minutes to play. Jim Vance announced "Onside kick forthcoming". I perked up a little trying not to get to excited. Then Gumbel, who was doing the play by play w/ Chris Simms said "The Cardinals have recovered the onside kick." Oh My God! Then a minute later Simms says "The Cardinals are down to the 10 yd. line with 30 seconds left." Oh My God, Oh My God!! Then they broke for the 2 minute warning without anymore updates. It was excruciating waiting for them to come back from commercial. I told my wife that by the tgime they come back the Cards game will be over.

Coming back to the game the first thing they showed was the score of Arizona 18, Minnesota 17. The Cards got a TD on the last play of the game on 4th and 25. OH MY GOD, OH MY GOD, OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!

But wait. The play was being reviewed. Seems the Cards receiver only got one foot down but was ruled pushed out of bounds by the defender so they gave him the TD. Again a few minutes passed until they broke to Jim Vance who said, "In Arizona, it's a Touchdown. "

Me and my wife and our two kids were freaking out. Running around the house screaming! :D

The most unlikely of scenarios had happened in the most astonishing manner conceivable. In a matter of minutes the Packers went from being shut out of the playoffs to not only getting in but winning the Division and hosting a first round playoff game.

These last two weeks of Packer football have been surreal to the extreme. I have no idea what's ahead but my gut tells me they are going to roll vs. the Seahawks this Sunday. After that we'll see what happens.

The Ravens are headed for postseason!

Heck of a job by Jamal Lewis to take over the #2 all time season rushing spot.

    Bring on Tennessee!

Hey at least the 'boys are in! They helped Seattle quite a bit. We weren't even supposed to be here so I'm happy as hell to get another week in. Aren't there any more Cowboy fans out there or am I as usual the lone ranger? I suppose I'm used to it, been getting grief for years now.

It's good to see not all the Cowboy fans jump ship. It wasn't that long ago that they were the big Kahunas in the league.

I'm a Packer fan since I was a kid. I've used to hate the Cowboys, but now that they aren't in our division it doesn't matter much anymore.

It's the Bears and Vikings I can't stand and the fashion in which the Vikings lost yesterday was the Swweeeeeeeetest **** ever.

LMAO. Be realistic. Brett Favre on a mission is nearly impossible to beat. I don't think I'll be eating my words either, but we'll see. :):p
