    Got 2 words for ya...Country Ham.
    I swear to god, that stuff gets better the longer it hangs in a barn.
    Same goes for most of the aged Italian meats.
    I had an aged prosciuto that I swear was like 3 years aged and would have survived another 15 without issue. And it was delicious.
