Athena WS15 speaker pair........
Will they take alot of Watts? NO! (60-80 roughly real world, I have some nice amps:cheesygrin:?)
Are they sweet sounding speakers? YES.
Do they have alot of bass? NO!
Are they killer for their size? YES.
Pure aluminum enclosures, multi-position mounting brackets built in, hang em from the ceiling, wall ect.....
Athena WS-15.
Add a sub and these are really surprisingly good speakers.
Not the best shape, but work perfectly and are really nice speakers in this price range.
A simple Google search will reveal more details.....

I need to know, what that has to do with me, or my "for sale" add?
Anything?
Nothing?
Free bump maybe?
I appreciate that, but you are comparing TOWER SPEAKERS to really small speakers here.
Prolly in my honest opinion, having been in this hobby for sometime, I know the difference, and there is not much of a comparison.:eek:Testing

Good pair of speakers here. At that price, I would've thought they'd be gone by now. GLWTSDisplay: Sony 42" LCD

AVR: Sony STR-DA2400ES

Guess I should have mentioned the dimensions, (you see the cd in the picture?):
7"Tall
4" Deep
4 1/4" wide.
Barely bigger than a double stack of Bose cubes, but with a good 3 1/2" woofer and 1" tweeter and
ALOT heavier than a double Bose Cube!:cheesygrin:Testing

Athenas were a "very" popular speaker a while back at Best Buy, etc. They are Canadian and good quality. Wonder what happened to them?
In any case. That's a great price for a nice pair of smaller two ways. As mentioned, add a sub and you're off to the races!

I guess you could say the over all gist of the message was the last sentence...They look great I just never heard of them.
At least CNH expounded on the statement knowingly or unknowingly.
