For sale is a Samsung BD-P1600 blu-ray player. This player served me well for about 2 years or so I and I recently replaced it with a Pioneer 51FD player.
It comes with the remote and manual (need to find em and will post pics of them) and the player. I will include a HDMI cable (have a couple you can choose from), and a Ethernet cable (not sure what lengths I have but want to say 3 or 5 footers, whatever comes standard with most networking devices).
Here is the rub though, this player WONT play DVD's. It just stopped working one day and Samsung told me to wait for a "firmware" update . Anyway this wasn't that big a deal to me since I had a Xbox 360 to play DVD's. While taking pics I noticed a couple scratches that you can ONLY see when you look at the player just right on the faceplate.
This player is a Profile 2.0 player, has Pandora and Netflix. It does have a wireless dongle you can purchase but is not included here.
I am selling this player for 35 bucks Local only for now. Payment is Cash upon delivery or via PayPal as a gift

Not sure what specifically your looking for so let me just link to you all the info I found about the player and I am sure its probably somewhere in there. It does have a Optical out which would be 5.1 so I believe that what you could use to send the Audio out if your also using the Component outs. I take it your looking to use this with your NON HDMI setup Ivan correct? Give me a call tonight between 5:00 - 6:00 eastern and we can chat.
More info can be found here in the manual from Samsungs website: http://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/201104/20110419175631154/01783H-BD-P1590_1590C_1600-XAA-ENG-0715-BM%5B1%5D%5B1%5D.pdf
And here is a link to a CNET review of the unit: http://reviews.cnet.com/blu-ray-players/samsung-bd-p1600/4505-9991_7-33561693.html
For all you Chicago guys I will be in the area on June 22nd for a get together that was/is being planned for RAS and also will be coming through on the morning/afternoon of the 2nd of July on my way to Milwaukee area and back through on the evening of the 4th"....not everything that can be counted counts, and not everything that counts can be counted." thanks for the link it answered the question. Yes you're correct I was looking to use the RGB with a 5.1 output but all data is through HDMI for voice unless downconverted to digital output. RGB only does 1080i also.
good unit in the reviews for the price.

Gotcha, so I take it you cant use the component out which would be limited to 720p IIRC?"....not everything that can be counted counts, and not everything that counts can be counted." William Bruce Cameron, Informal Sociology: A Casual Introduction to Sociological Thinking (1963) -

true 720/1080i was hoping to let player decode but need 5.1 analog outs for that or just revert to plain DD/DTS no master anything. -
