Help w/ Sub Upgrade

Im looking into upgrading my sub and need some advise from more experienced HT enthusiasts. Im currently running a Denon 3803 receiver with RTi28s front and rear, FXi30 sides, CSi30 center and a Polk psw650 sub. I use the system for mostly HT (90%)
Room size is 15 X 22 X 12 (3960 cubic feet). Along one wall I have two openings. One is 9 feet the other 6 feet.
Im interested in the Definitive Technologies Supercube 1 or, SVS 20-39 PC-Plus. Size is an issue! The larger SVS subs would not be approved by my wife.
My goal is to have bone rattling bass in movies.
Any input would be appreciated.
TIA,
Mike

I'm currently using a Velodyne SPL-1200 (12" driver). Digs down deep and has a small footprint. That might be a choice for you to consider.

My buddy who works in a Ultimate electronics store said that the super cube sucked. He pointed me to the kipsch rsw. Hope that helps.Wish I was a polkologist then I could call my self Dr.warviper.

Check this out. The DT SC II and II are listed. Pathetic performances on THD limited output.
There is only one SVS listed - the original version with the old woofer and amp. The new CS and PCi are worlds better than the old SVS and it still gave a very good performance.
If your budget is $800-$900, get a PB2-ISD or a 20-39PC+ if you want bone rattling bass in movies.
If you can boot up for $1200, nothing can touch the PB2+ on the commercial market in that price range for sheer clean and accurate output."What we do in life echoes in eternity"

Thank you for the advise.
My first choice is the PB2 ISD. However, the foot print is too large. Ill go with the 20-39 PC+ at the beginning of 04.
Thanks again,
Mike
