Just hooked up my new Onkyo TX-NR818 and ran the auto calibration. At the end it ask me to set the Hz of the Front, Center Surround etc speakers.

it defaulted the front and surround to 50HZ and the Center to 40HZ.

I have the RC65i for the front and surround, the specs say:

Total Frequency Response 32Hz - 20kHz
Upper -3dB Limit 20 kHz
Lower -3dB Limit 60 Hz

Does that mean I set it to 60HZ or 20HZ?

Same for my center speaker I have the Polk CS20 its spec say:

Total Frequency Response 48-25kHz
Upper -3dB Limit 24 kHz
Lower -3dB Limit 58 Hz

So do I set that to 48 or 58?

Thanks,

Are you running a sub of any kind? If you are set both of them to 60 if not I would run them to 20 that's the only place you will be getting any bass

Thanks, I have the Polk PSW111 sub. So I should change them all to 60Hz?

I think that would work best but play around with it and see what sounds best to you
