Which is better

I have a Rotel cpd-930ax and just found this Denon DVD-2900 for $320 it has a brand new transport and comes with remote?
Just looking for advice to make my cd collection sound better I will upgrade cables as nessassary as well.

    Or post a wanted add for a CD player on the forum and see what folks have they might be willing to get rid of. I got a smoking hot deal on a Denon 3910 from a forum member for a price I wont post as it was well below both those and I believe the 3910 is a better player than those two (not sure about the marantz though)

    Or look at this Pioneer as I believe its supposed to be VERY GOOD as well

    $320 is way too much for that Denon, I got a 2800 that works perfect for $75 and ended up getting it for free, broken power board. 2900 shouldn't be more than $110 maybe? Get a Marantz! those Sa's they got look nice, but never heard one:(
