I have an old Jeep mountain bike laying around that the ex left here so I decided to list it on Craigslist. But you can't just put stuff on Craigslist if you care to sell at a decent price. You have to make people laugh. Ideally, even get flagged for Best of Craigslist. Right? Well I took some time and wrote this bad boy. I keep laughing at myself. Shameless self promotion? Yup...

Maybe I'm the only one that finds this funny but... I have an older SKYFi2 XM satellite radio and I'm listening to it the other day. I change the channel and Tim Harden's 'If I Were A Carpenter' comes on...only with that particular radio it will only show the part of the title that will fit the screen for several seconds before it starts to scroll. And so the title showed as 'If I Were A Carp'. Maybe it's just me, but I found that funny as hell. Or at the very least, a little fishy.

Nope, not just you - that's funny.
The perfect B-side to If I Were a Carp would be Ani DiFranco's song Little Plastic Castles
And they say, 'Goldfish have no memory'...

Of course, I am the kind of person who:
    1) would like to have a t-shirt that said "Your Corporate Logo Here"
    2) if I put out a record album, would be strongly tempted to title it Eponymous

(i.e., I may not represent a mainstream vote in this category)

I have never used crack. Looking forward to the experiences of those who have, however.

Taken from a recent Audioholics reply regarding "Club Polk" and Polk speakers:
"I'm yet to hear a Polk speaker that merits more than a sentence and 60 seconds discussion." :\
My response is: If you need 60 seconds to respond in one sentence, you probably should't be evaluating Polk speakers.....

To be perfectly honest, I was hoping for anything over $20. Have two guys willing to buy. Ones dead serious at $80, the other says $100 but hasn't said when. Apparently I need to ask for more next time I'm selling something on CL...
