XBOX 360 (250GB Slim) + Games

I bought this a while back to try and make the switch over to console gaming. After what I feel is an honest effort of several months I just cannot get into console gaming and have made the switch back over to a gaming PC. As a result I have this XBOX for sale, it's in great condition and has bout 100 hours on it. It's always been well ventilated sitting on top of my desk in a room that stays about 66 - 70 degrees year round, so definitely no overheating issues.

I know I have the original box for the console, not 100% sure on all the games but if there's interest in the package then I'll dig through the closet to see exactly which games I have boxes for. I'm including the following games as well:

Skyrim

Max Payne 3
Call of Duty Modern Warfare

Honestly nothing in particular, but I'll hear any offers. On the audio front I could always use some good ICs and I've been looking for a good set of speaker cables with locking banana plugs, like I said though I'm open to ideas.
