Attachment not found.....just got my 6300 and i hope to be using it this after noon. Im not great with turntables and i hope i can ask for asst here later on..im use to the push button easy Technics & Duals..i have a Marantz 2252b & 5025b so this matches very nicely. I wanted a main table so it think this will work. I know i need to ADJUST everything & maybe a new set up on headshell later....randy

Nice table! Carl (schwarcw) has a 6300 among his Marantz gear.

Sometimes it's just dirty speed adjusting pots. There 'may' be master speed control pot(s) on the board; the pitch controls used for fine tuning. The idea being you set pitch control for each speed at mid point and adjust master pot(s) to proper speed.

Nice looking table. Some of those early Marantz are very nice.

And need I reiterate, that Pete is the MAN! Done a ton of good work for me. Glad the fix was an easy one!

Very Nice! Let me guess you got it at the thrift store for $10:cheesygrin:
The speed control pot probably just needs a squirt of Electronic Cleaner my Pl-510a which I have had since 76 started doing the same thing.

I hear you. Of course sometimes we just don't have the time. Anyhow it's fun to try and fix things and not have to travel back and forth in traffic:lol:

I have learnt alot on my own but there is so much to turntables. And sometime with me it seems if i watch someone else explain things it helps alot. I do alot of research online and in manuals and that helps too..But where i live there isnt many around me that i know that have them or i just dont know them. Lol. And i find asking here helps alot..so i appreciate all of the people here.
