Sony Clie?

I just got my wife the sony clie peg-tj25 pda for christmas. Has anyone successfully used the media adapter for the sj-22 or sj-33 with this model. Sony says there are no media adapters for this but I came across a website where it says the connections are exactly the same so you can use it. Just wondering before I plop 99 bucks for it.
