    RIP Ray! Great musician. Some of the best times in my youth were spent listening to the Doors! I saw them live twice!

    RIP Ray. I liked the Doors when they first made it big with LMF, but only came to really appreciate their music much later. Rays keyboard parts really gave them a unique sound. Always thought John Densmore was a great, underrated drummer.

    This might be hard to believe, but I read that LMF was the first song Robbie Krieger ever wrote.

    Robbie wrote the first verse and chorus. Morrison wrote the second verse.

    Manzarek was a cool dude. RIP.
