I've heard that the best way to go about this situation is to just stack both in a corner if possible. Good Luck. :) LEt us know how it turns out.
    Main System:
    Denon AVR-2805, Polk Audio RTi70's, Polk Audio CSi40, Polk Audio FXi50, Paradigm PW-2200 v.2, Toshiba 42XV545U HDTV

    Second System:
Denon AVR-1705, Polk Audio R40, Polk Audio CS245i, Polk Audio R15, Paradigm PS-1200a

    Welcome to club polk ranch,

Glemay is correct, the simplest solution is to cornerload them and stack them.

a Y-cable is what you seek young padewan.
    - Sony 50"A3000 SXRD; Onkyo TX-SR 805
    - Polk RTi150 mains; CSi30 center; FXi3 surrounds, R15 backs
    - Velodyne CHT-12 subwoofer

Last night, I moved my two subs from in between my
tower speakers and stacked them in a corner. For the
first time the house shook, the doors in the basement
rattled and my wife could feel the vibrations in our
    bedroom on the third floor!

You might need some small rubber pads on the bottom of the top sub, to keep it from walking off. Have fun with those bedroom vibrations! :D

    PolkThug:

Thanks for the advice. There are rubber pads on the bottom of the subwoofer feet. I had also thought about using industrial velcro which I saw at a Home Depot. I hate moving those subs. They each weigh 74 lbs.
